Career Workshops
Opportunity feels different when you can see it—and speak to someone who’s living it. Through our career workshops, Situation Project connects students with a vibrant network of professionals across arts and culture, higher education, and mission-driven organizations.
These sessions go beyond job descriptions. They’re about honest conversations, lived experiences, and real-world advice from people who remember what it felt like to be just starting out. Whether it’s a Q&A with a panel of Broadway marketing professionals, a roundtable with nonprofit leaders, or a mentoring session with higher ed innovators, our workshops help students build connections, ask questions, and begin imagining their own paths forward.
